Join our manufacturing team in Madison, CT as a Production Assembly Technician. In this role, you'll be responsible for the assembly, wiring, production testing, and software testing to prepare final inspection.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship and have a high school diploma or GED. A successful background check is required.

Essential Skills:
- Experience using a variety of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic tools.
- Proficiency in electrical preparation and termination methods,including wire stripping, routing, and terminalizing.
- Experience in assembling low-voltage electrical panels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially when working with electrical equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to operate a forklift (training provided).
- Required safety equipment will be provided.
Additional Information:
- Candidates should be comfortable with wire stripping, as it constitutes 70% of the role.
- Theability to discuss schematics or blueprints during the interview process is crucial.
