Thomas has spent over a decade with Cpl initially starting out building our first global business intelligence function, which later grew to a highly successful commercial team. Promoted to manager within a couple of years of joining, he ended up later taking on a wider remit as one of the senior leaders in the business where he oversaw scientific, engineering and QA as well.
Now leading our North American initiatives, Tom has expanded the physician/medical remit we became well-known for in the U.S and rebranded under Cpl Life Sciences with the support of the European business.
Commercial and c-suite/retained search still remains a passion however and he can pass on the experience to our partners of a variety of commercial/launch projects from single ad-hoc roles to leading entire 45-role commercialization projects (U.S biotech Amarin’s re-launch of Vascepa/Vazkepa).
