Your Mission:
As an Application Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of the Oracle Primavera application suite, used to manage global Capital Projects. You will provide system administration, troubleshooting, training, and ongoing enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 System Administration – Manage user access, monitor system health, and maintain best practices
🔹 Project Setup – Support project teams in system configuration and user onboarding
🔹 Issue Resolution – Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless system operation
🔹 User Support & Training – Provide hands-on guidance, training sessions, and documentation to enhance system usability
🔹 Process Improvement – Gather user feedback, develop system enhancements, and collaborate with the development team to drive innovation
🔹 Data & Reporting – Generate reports, extract data, and provide valuable insights to management
What You Bring:
✔ Degree in Engineering, Science, Quantity Surveying, Business Management, or equivalent experience
✔ 0-4 years of experience in a similar role
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
✔ Excellent IT skills, with hands-on experience in Oracle Primavera software, particularly Construction Intelligence Cloud Analytics
✔ Exceptional communication skills, able to collaborate with global teams and end users
✔ Fluent English (German proficiency is an advantage)
✔ Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
