​Arnold is the Head of the R&D Division at Cpl, leading our Clinical, Medical, Biometric, Regulatory, and Medical Technology teams across the UK and EU. A French-speaking recruiter, Arnold has a background in clinical recruitment throughout the BeNeLux region and France. His outstanding work and expertise have enabled him to expand into other verticals within life sciences, establishing him as our subject matter expert across Europe.
