Admin Coordinator
The successful applicant will work for a leading global pharmaceutical company with a track record of releasing life-changing medication for individuals suffering from serious diseases. As this company aims to scale up in Canada they are looking for an experienced individual to join the expansion contractedly.
The successful candidate will be providing administrative support and coordination. You will gain insight on how the business operates with guidance giving you advanced knowledge on the job. You will be responsible for administrative work in multiple departments as required.
Responsibilities
Work with leaders and teams in the company to analyze and solve all logistics.
Track purchase orders and coordinate expenses
Manage multiple workflows for multiple departments
Understand departmental priorities
The point person for coordinating the logistics of meetings
Manage and update content
Manage contact lists and org charts
Assist all new employees within departments
Back up other administrative coordinators
