Rhys Rowberry

Rhys has spent the last 3 years of his Cpl career focused on U.S clinical development and operations allowing him to learn the landscape of the US pharmaceutical and biotech market. He specialises in clinical development and clinical operations roles having placed numerous candidates at multiple levels across a wide range of therapeutic areas.

In 2024 Rhys has tremendous success placing within our clinical development and operationsfunction leading to a promotion over summer.Having recently placed numerous vice presidents, medical directors, and clinical trial managers at multiple expanding biotech and pharmaceutical companies he is well placed to deliver from pre-IND study start-up and patient recruitment support, to phase 3 final read outs prior to NDA submissions/launch.

Rhys works to the high standards globally set by CPL and is a core member of Cpl’s ongoing North American expansion.
