- Act as a role model and mentor for the care team.

Requirements:
- Driving License: Must hold a full, valid UK driving license.
- Experience:
- At least 1 year as a Senior Support Worker, or
- 2-3 years as a Support Worker in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
