Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Temp-Global Development Project Manager to support various projects within Global Development. This role focuses on project management, implementation, and change management for non-drug/study initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leaders and project teams to lead projects to successful completion and may act as a liaison for various Global Development initiatives, ongoing deliverables, and special projects.
Location Requirement: This position requires a minimum of 3 days on-site within the Westchester County area. Fully remote work is not an option for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage activities related to departmental operations, infrastructure, strategic initiatives, technology/system changes, process improvements, and organizational design.
- Develop and maintain project plans, decision and action logs, status updates, and escalate risks and issues to key business stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions as part of project planning and execution.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including planning with critical functional stakeholders and content providers to ensure clarity of scope and objectives.
- Compile and/or create appropriate briefing materials, including developing presentations.
- Provide oversight to vendors or consultants directly involved in projects.
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) by identifying interdependencies and potential overlaps across various projects within Global Development and other Regeneron organizations.
- Contribute to enhancing the organization’s capabilities in project oversight, execution, change management, facilitation, and project/initiative communications.
- Ensure proactive planning, prioritization, and alignment of activities and key messages for ongoing non-drug projects in Global Development.
- Manage and track project timelines, resources, and deliverables; execute follow-up activities as needed.
- Research and incorporate industry best practices, innovations, and guidance from external resources to ensure departmental activities remain current and practical.
- Travel up to 25% may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrated by 8+ years of experience in project management and change management.
- Experience in contributing to or leading cross-functional strategic change initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the drug development process, gained from work experience in Clinical Development within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of all operational processes required to deliver a clinical development program.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and cloud-based tools such as Smartsheet and Adobe Connect.

- Strong presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to synthesize information and demonstrate critical thinking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant industry experience. Advanced degrees may be considered in lieu of relevant experience.
- PMP certification is required.
