We are seeking a compassionate and experienced leader to oversee the care and wellbeing of children in a residential setting. The Registered Children's Manager will be responsible for care planning, staff supervision, and ensuring regulatory compliance, creating a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage individual care plans, ensuring they meet children's needs.
- Lead and supervise care staff, providing training and support.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and best practice guidelines.
- Conduct health and wellbeing assessments, adjusting care as needed.
- Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership in a residential or care home setting.
- Strong understanding of child care plans and regulatory standards.

Job Details:
- Salary: £53,000 - £55,000 per year
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
- Benefits: Company pension
