Post-Doctoral Scientist
Contract: 12 months (with potential extension)
Salary: £21.22 - £26.52 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Bracknell (Hybrid options available)
CPL are partnering with a large pharmaceutical company to recruit for a Post-Doctoral Scientist to advance antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) from lab to real-world application using mechanistic PKPD, systems pharmacology, and pharmacometrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a Clinical Utility Index for ADC PKPD and Exposure-Response modeling.
• Determine optimal dosing and regimen for better therapeutic index.
• Create cellular mathematical models for ADC components.
• Assess therapeutic index by evaluating affinity and half-life.
• Potentially expand to other conjugates like siRNA and Radioimmuno conjugates.
Qualifications:
• PhD in Pharmacometrics, Pharmaceutical/Biomedical Sciences, Computational Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.
Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in software like R, Monolix, NONMEM, MATLAB.
• Experience in QSP, PK/PD, exposure-response modeling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a solid publication record.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new techniques.
• Understanding of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics principles.
