Deputy Home Manager – Children & Young People
💼 Salary: £27,986 - £30,000 (£13.80 - £14.90/hour) + £3,000 - £6,000 for sleep-ins (4-8 per month)

The Role:
- Support the Registered Manager in leading the home and ensuring high-quality care
- Provide therapeutic care, focusing on recovery and positive outcomes for each child
- Supervise, mentor, and manage a dedicated team
- Handle budgets, rotas, and strategic planning for the home
What You Need:
- 3+ years in a residential children’s home
- NVQ Level 4 (or willingness to work towards it)
- Strong understanding of Ofsted and safeguarding practices
- Leadership, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach
- Flexibility for shifts and sleep-ins
- Full driving license
