The role:

·      Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, branches and the sales team

·      Manage the Accounts Receivable ledger for multiple branches

·      Risk review of existing and new customers to ensure the correct credit limits are applied and adhered to

·      Manage process for credit override requests to ensure a smooth order to cash process for customers and branches

·      Regular reviews of ledger with both management and the branches

·      Daily review of credit account queries ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner

What we’re looking for:

·      Two years experience in a Credit Control environment

·      Experience of dealing with customers in person and on the phone

·      Experience of checking credit references for insurance and managing credit limits set on accounts
