The role:

This role involves maintaining the sales ledger, completing bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts, and assisting the accountant with month end tasks.

·        Accurately processing a high volume of third part creditor invoices

·        Recognising queries and liaising with the appropriate persons to resolve

·        Reconciling creditor statements

·        Assisting with supplier payments and statutory returns

·        Running and distributing monthly reports

What we’re looking for:

·        2 years experience working in accounts/ accounts administration role

·        Experience using accounting packages i.e Sage

·        Experience using MS excel
