Deborah has over a decade of experience in healthcare recruitment. She has a genuine fondness and fascination for people made evident by her ability to build and develop teams. Deborah has extensive start up experience and was one of the founders of RIG Locums which now forms part of Cpl UK Healthcare. Deborah has been instrumental in overseeing the rapid growth and development of the doctors division and understands the bottom line. She benefits from well-developed relationships and networks across the healthcare space and is now leading the Social Care and Nursing teams.
