Our teams at Cpl UK Healthcare take pride in our ability to connect exceptional healthcare professionals with our established clients across the UK. With over two decades of experience, we have witnessed countless success stories that have positively impacted both the individuals we place and the organisations we partner with.

As our candidates bring their expertise and passion to their roles, our consultants are constantly learning from their experiences, gaining valuable insights into the ever-growing healthcare landscape.

Through these partnerships, we continue to shape the future of healthcare in the UK, one placement at a time.

One example of this is from a very recent placement made by David Evans, Client Partnership Manager in our Therapy team, who has been collaborating with one of our dedicated Physiotherapists since 2020 across various roles.

Daniella's journey with us has been nothing short of remarkable. With her dedication and expertise, she has not only explored different hospitals but also developed her skills along the way. Starting as a Band 6, Daniella has consistently proven her passion for healthcare and patient well-being. Her recent promotion to a Band 8a position in a permanent role is an indication to her hard work and commitment. We are proud to have been part of Daniella's professional growth.

Here is what Daniella, Physiotherapist had to say about her journey with David and Cpl UK Healthcare:

“I am a Physiotherapist from South Africa who started working with Cpl UK in 2020. I wanted to do Locum work as it gave me the opportunity to work and travel, as I am a European citizen.

My first year I worked in adults in a Band 6 role, but have always been passionate about paediatrics. My recruitment agent, David Evans, took this to heart and got me a brilliant Band 6 job in a tertiary paediatric hospital in 2021.

Since then, I have never left paeds, and have had excellent learning opportunities as a locum in various paediatric hospitals in different fields. All of my jobs were longer than 6 months, which gave me the opportunity to grow and learn and as practitioner.

I progressed to a Band 7 Locum in 2023. This same role was changed to a Band 8a role in 2024, for which I interviewed and got the permanent job.

My experience as a locum in various settings absolutely set me up to have the experience and knowledge to be able to take on a Band 8 job and interview successfully for it.

I am very grateful for my time with Cpl UK Healthcare, and for David who always worked hard to get me the jobs I wanted.

I would absolutely recommend Cpl UK and locum work in general as a way to build experience, to travel and to truly enjoy the work-life balance.

Thank you for everything, David.”
