With all roles we have been given, CPL has taken the same care to take detailed briefings from hiring managers, liaising with HR and procurement contacts at all times, and taking immense care on the message and representation they give on Sobi to the market place. The expert Consultants understand the local markets within this global sector, and can reach their networks of niche, specialist talent rapidly.This ensures we engage the right talent and have them into process far quicker – always driving time and cost to hire down, but never compromising on quality. From a longlist of usually c.12 candidates, 5 to 8 are normally shortlisted and put forward, with 4 being selected for interview and an offer negotiated to a successful acceptance and start.

21 vacancies since we started working with SOBI in 2020 (5 were cancelled/filled internally by client).
93 CVs sent, so an average of 5.81 per vacancy, all within 48 hours of the requisition being released.
43 interviews, so an average of 2.7 per requisition.
8 roles filled to date, with some still open and 4 filled internally by SOBI, so a hit rate of 73%
and this is 100% on medical vacancies.
